Cancellation Policy

At Mark Denman Photography, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of a corporate photography session. While we strive to accommodate our clients’ needs to the best of our abilities, cancellations and rescheduling can sometimes disrupt our schedule and affect our ability to offer our services to other clients. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation or Rescheduling Requests: a. Clients must inform us about any cancellation or rescheduling requests at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled photography session. b. Requests can be made via email, phone call, or in-person communication with our customer service representative. c. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be confirmed and acknowledged by our team to be considered valid.

  2. Cancellation Policy Timeline: a. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received within 48 hours of the scheduled photography session, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of $35.00. b. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received after this time frame or on the day of the photography session itself, the client will be charged the full amount of the agreed-upon service fee.

  3. Rescheduling Options: a. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is received within the specified time frame, we will make every effort to accommodate the client’s needs by suggesting alternative dates and times for the photography session. b. The rescheduling will be subject to our availability and must be confirmed by both parties. c. A rescheduled session will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the original booking, including any applicable fees or packages.

  4. Force Majeure: a. In the event of any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control that would prevent us from fulfilling the photography session, such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or major equipment failure, we will make every effort to reschedule the session at no additional cost to the client. b. If rescheduling is not feasible, in such cases, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid by the client.

  5. Refunds: a. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the cancellation request or the occurrence of force majeure. b. If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

We highly value our clients’ understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. This policy helps us manage our operations efficiently, maintain a fair scheduling system, and continue providing exceptional photography services to our clients.
